Our Wines

Pino Noir

•We craft our Pinot Noir with a focus on purity. The grapes are hand-picked, sorted, and fermented with wild yeasts before aging for 10 to 15 months in French oak barrels. By bottling without fining or filtration and using minimal sulfur, we ensure the final wine is a true, unadulterated reflection of its terroir and vintage.

 

Riesling

•To craft our signature off-dry Riesling, we press the grapes immediately after harvest to capture their freshness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving vibrant, sweet fruit aromas while avoiding heavy petrol notes. We carefully monitor the balance of acidity, sugar and alcohol, halting fermentation at the perfect moment to ensure a crisp, harmonious finish.
